This ensures a Listing is published on the site and distributed to Referrers who have contact records which by their detail appear to match the Listing requirements.

Reward - $ Specified by Hirer + GST (minimum reward is $500)

The amount a Hirer agrees to pay should they hire a candidate referred to them via the site.

HooJano Reward Commission - 20% of the Reward

The amount of a reward, retained by HooJano as commission prior to distribution to a successful Referrer.

Referrer Reward Commission - Referrers share of reward

The Reward less the HooJano Reward Commission and any applicable Sponsor Commission.

Sponsor Commission 5% of the Reward net of Reward Commission

The amount we retain and pay to the relevant Sponsor of an Associate member who receives a Reward.

Example:
